1548 Vallejo was an all around great experience. It was also nerve wracking. Our client wanted to maximize his return on this property so, based on our recommendations, he approved a six figure renovation budget. The catch was that we only had 6 weeks to have it photo ready for the fall market.
Unfortunately, the project manager we recommended had a tough time coordinating vendors and we were told that there would be a 2 week delay. Rather than accepting this, our team brought in other vendors on short notice and met the deadline at no additional cost to the client.
The final sale price yielded our client a 300% return on the improvement budget alone. Two weeks later, the annual “holiday” market slow down kicked. Timing is everything…
