In John’s childhood home, conversations about San Francisco real estate were commonplace. Today, a deep understanding of market analytics and trends allow him to bring insight and focus to the strategic counsel his clients have come to rely on.

Consistently ranked as one of San Francisco’s top producers, John has sold more than $300 million in property since 2012 and more than $700 million in total transactions since 2006. He’s highly active in San Francisco’s luxury property market, selling two of the city’s most expensive homes in the last two years—for $11,750,000 and $15,850,000, respectively.

He has set numerous sales records in San Francisco, including price-per-square-foot records in Noe Valley, Bernal Heights, Alamo Square, Russian Hill, and several important condominiums and cooperative apartment buildings across the city.

He volunteers as a member of The Guardsmen and is also an active member of San Francisco’s Olympic Club. He lives with his wife and two children in the city’s Richmond District.

1548 Vallejo

1548 Vallejo was an all around great experience. It was also nerve wracking. Our client wanted to maximize his return on this property so, based on our recommendations, he approved a six figure renovation budget. The catch was that we only had 6 weeks to have it photo ready for the fall market.

Unfortunately, the project manager we recommended had a tough time coordinating vendors and we were told that there would be a 2 week delay. Rather than accepting this, our team brought in other vendors on short notice and met the deadline at no additional cost to the client.

The final sale price yielded our client a 300% return on the improvement budget alone. Two weeks later, the annual “holiday” market slow down kicked. Timing is everything…

2409 Scott Street, Unit 5

While the architecture, natural light and sweeping views from the private roof deck made Unit 5 at 2409 Scott St. about as San Francisco as it gets, what made this one of my favorite listings was the client. It is intensely motivating when clients fully embrace our listing strategies and trust us to execute on their behalf. Working with this Seller truly felt like a partnership which made for an all around great experience… and fantastic result.
